The Omni Interlocken Resort Golf Course is a 27-hole championship course which is open to the public and companies within Interlocken, consisting of three individual regulation nine-hole courses. The course is conveniently located within the Interlocken Advanced Technology Environment.

The course offers stunning views of the majestic Rocky Mountains and the surrounding Denver area, and was designed by the golf course architectural firm of Graham & Panks International, with Gary Stephenson as the senior designer. The course averages 3,565 yards in length, par 36 per nine holes. It features large greens, more than 100 sand bunkers and wide undulating fairways.

The course is set on a site with 400 feet of elevation change from one end of the course to the other. It has large natural ravines and canyons running throughout the course, several lakes and water features that come into play, and is characterized by beautiful native grasses and rolling terrain, wetlands, with trees and shrubs in abundance.

Amenities include a first-class clubhouse featuring a full-service bar and grill with panoramic views of the golf course and Front Range from the 1,000-square-foot patio. The design of the clubhouse has incorporated all the deluxe accommodations associated with a premier golf facility and a four-star resort.

Omni Interlocken Resort Golf Course includes a two-directional driving range, chipping and putting greens, and training facilities.
